Saturday June 1, 2013 we will be “Knocking Out Cancer” by raising money for the American Cancer Society and celebrating National Cancer Survivors Day with those who have fought and won on. 

In this “relay” style fundraiser, we will be offering 5-hours of our famous Power Hour. Participants “buy” their spot on a bag and punch their hearts out! Create a relay team if you like or join us for your usual workout. 

Details:

- The first Power Hour begins at 8am and continue every hour on the hour with the last class at 12pm.

- A donation of $25 (or whatever you can do) per bag/per hour, as many bags/hours as you like. (donations go to the American Cancer Society)

- Create teams for the entire 5-hour relay

- Get creative and decorate your bag! (removable objects only please)

- Know someone currently fighting cancer? Get them in the ring with a bag (decorated of course) and let them “fight it out” as long as they can stand it. Pictures and video will make this “battle” a great reminder and motivational device for the future. 

- All survivors/fighters get a set of wraps in their choice of awareness color
